One idea of home, twelve ways to tell it
Nobilis was born in Milan in 1994 from a simple insight: prime homes sell well only when the people handling them truly know the place they stand in.
We started with a small office on Via Montenapoleone and a single rule: no property is offered unless the advisor has visited, measured and understood it. That rule is still there, and today it applies in twelve offices, from Turin to Taormina.
Each office works in its own area and carries its character: in Venice we talk about water and restoration, in Cortina about exposure and seasons, in Porto Cervo about privacy and boats. The network exists for one thing: to bring together those who look and those who know, even from one city to another.
We are a team of forty-two advisors, architects, surveyors and lawyers speaking six languages. We assist Italian families moving city, investors choosing Italy and owners who want to sell quietly.
