This notice describes how the demo site “Nobilis Real Estate” handles personal data. The controller is a fictional agency: data entered in the forms of this demonstration is not sent to anyone.

Data we collect
When you submit a form (contact, property enquiry, viewing request, valuation, application) we collect what you enter: name, e-mail, phone, message and details about the property.
Servers briefly log the IP address and technical data of each request for security and to limit abuse.
Why we use it and the legal basis
To answer your request and follow up a viewing or a mandate (pre-contractual measures), for the security of the site (legitimate interest) and to send you the newsletter only if you subscribe (consent).
Who we share it with
With the office and advisor the request is addressed to, and with the technical providers hosting the site. We do not sell data. Data is not used for automated decisions.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for the time needed to handle them and, at most, for twenty-four months; newsletter subscribers until they unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to privacy@nobilis.example. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
Maps and third-party services
Maps use vector tiles from OpenFreeMap: when you open a map your browser contacts that service, which receives your IP address. Third-party videos and virtual tours load only if you consent.
