On the second floor of a timber-and-sand-render house, a 100 m² apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a majolica stove in the living room. The 20 m² terrace looks at the Pelmo, which in July turns colour at dawn and in January disappears into cloud; it is where breakfast is taken as soon as there is sun.
