The first floor opens onto the 25 m² terrace with a table and rattan sofas, over the marina and fifty metres from the piazzetta: in the evening you watch the traffic of RIBs and tenders.

Two en-suite bedrooms in 70 m², a living room with open kitchen, air conditioning and a parking space. The weekly rate includes linen, cleaning and concierge. The piazzetta, restaurants and harbour are all within walking distance; for the beaches, a shuttle or a boat for hire.
