Renovated penthouse in Cortina with a mansard, terrace and fireplace

At the top of a building on the Corso, the penthouse has two levels: below, the living room with fireplace and the kitchen; above, in the fir-beamed mansard, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 40 m² terrace faces the Cristallo and the Tofane, and in the morning, when the peaks turn pink, it is already lit.

The renovation redid floors, services and windows, with limewashed walls and arolla-pine inserts. Home automation for lights and heating, a lift opening directly into the hall, concierge and two parking spaces. At ground level the residents' ski room, with a locker for each apartment.
