Medieval tower-house in Trastevere with a roof terrace

A fourteenth-century tower, absorbed into the fabric of the rione, restored so that the stones and the traces of its transformations remain visible. Four floors linked by an internal staircase in iron and timber: on the ground floor the kitchen with its fireplace, on the first the living room with a mullioned window, on the next two three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

At the top, a 30 m² roof terrace with a pergola and views of the bell towers. A vertical home of 240 m², where every level has its own character; heating is independent and the masonry has been treated for damp.
