Stone farmhouse with vineyard and cellar in Chianti

A white gravel road climbs for two kilometres between oaks and vineyards, then the farmhouse appears on the hilltop, honey-coloured, with a dovecote tower and a cypress on either side of the gate. Around it lie 120,000 m² of vineyard, olive grove and woodland; the pool, faced in local stone, looks over the valley.

Inside, six bedrooms and five bathrooms over three floors: the farmhouse kitchen with a two-metre fireplace, the former olive-press room turned living room, bedrooms with chestnut beams and terracotta floors.
