Furnished two-bedroom flat steps from via Montenapoleone

On the fifth floor, above the noise of the street, the 38 m² living room looks onto a green courtyard and catches the orange light of the rooftops in the evening. The natural oak floor, sand-coloured walls and linen sofas make for a calm, unified whole, quite different from the Quadrilatero's shop windows two blocks away.

Two en-suite bedrooms, an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, a closed kitchen with appliances and linen included. The rent covers weekly cleaning, basic utilities and internet; the building has a concierge and security. Long-term lease at a free-market rent.
