Furnished Taormina flat with a balcony over sea and theatre

In Taormina living in the centre means climbing stairs, and this home makes them worthwhile: two flights of stairs, a green door, and at the top a 90 m² apartment with a 12 m² balcony above the rooftops, from which you see the sea and the outline of the ancient theatre. In winter, when the tourists are gone, the town belongs to its residents and the balcony is lovelier.

Two bedrooms, a bathroom, a masonry kitchen faced in Caltagirone majolica, terracotta floors and vaulted ceilings. Eclectic furnishings, air conditioning, independent heating. Long-term lease at a free-market rent; no garage, but the municipal car park is five minutes away.
