Furnished two-bedroom flat in Castello, between the Arsenale and the Giardini

In Castello the calli are wide enough for children to play in, and in the campi you meet your neighbours. The flat, on the second floor of a twentieth-century building, has two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, a fully fitted bathroom and a balcony looking onto a tree-lined campiello.

The furnishing is light, in bleached oak and linen, with air conditioning in every room. For those who work in the city, it is an everyday Venice: the vaporetto two minutes away, the supermarket at the end of the calle. Long-term lease at a free-market rent.
