Furnished two-bedroom flat in a Renaissance palazzo near the Duomo

The palazzo dates from the fifteenth century, and on the second floor painted timber coffered ceilings recall it in every room. The 105 m² flat keeps its mullioned windows on the street side; the terracotta is waxed, the walls in soft colours, almost a limewash.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath; the living room has a kitchen corner that can be closed off with a sliding door. Mixed furnishings, between antiques and light design, air conditioning in the bedrooms. Five minutes from the Duomo, on a quiet street. Long-term lease.
