Small palazzo with a secret garden in the Oltrarno, near Boboli

From the street you see a door and nothing else; behind it stands a small palazzo dating from 1520, with a cobbled courtyard and, at the back, a 450 m² walled garden with a vine pergola, lemon trees, a wall fountain. The house rises over four floors linked by a stone staircase: on the ground floor a kitchen with sail vaults, on the first the salon with fireplace and the study, on the two upper floors four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The floors are Florentine terracotta, the windows timber to the original design. Central heating, alarm; no garage.
