Furnished three-room flat in central Forte, a hundred metres from the square

In Forte dei Marmi, out of season, life is that of a village: the café on the square, the Wednesday market, bicycles leaning on the pines. The three-room flat, on the first floor of a 1958 building with sage-green shutters, has two bedrooms, a shower room, a living room with a balcony on the tree-lined avenue and 90 m² of pale terracotta floors.

The furnishing is that of a seaside home lived in all year: bleached wood, natural fabrics, a built-in bookcase. Air conditioning, independent heating, a garage space and two bicycles included. Long-term lease at a free-market rent.
