Renovated three-room flat in Vanchiglia, near the Po and the university

Vanchiglia has the character of a lively district: workshops, bars frequented by students and professors, the Po one block away. The flat is on the second floor of an early-twentieth-century house, recently renovated; the vaulted ceilings have been cleaned and left white, the oak floor is new.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room with a kitchen separated by a glass screen. The balcony overlooks a courtyard with two lime trees. Essential light-wood furnishings, air conditioning and independent heating. The university is five minutes away on foot. Long-term lease.
