Penthouse with a terrace overlooking the domes and bell towers of the centre

On the top floor of a nineteenth-century palazzo, above the pedestrian lanes between Piazza Navona and Campo de' Fiori, the roof has been turned into an 85 m² terrace. From here you can count bell towers and domes, and the setting sun lights the ochre plaster and travertine of the nearby facades.

The 190 m² home has a living room with three French windows onto the terrace, white marble flooring and a steel-and-stone kitchen with an island. Three bedrooms, each with a bathroom and walk-in wardrobe; the main bathroom has a bath in front of a window looking at the domes.

Renovated from scratch in 2021, with new services, home automation and ducted air conditioning, it keeps painted beam ceilings in three rooms. Lift to the floor, independent heating, no parking space: the centre is best explored on foot.
