Farmhouse in Panzano with a vineyard above the Conca d'Oro

From the terrace at the back you see the whole Panzano basin: terraced vines, cypresses lined along the ridge, the terracotta roofs of neighbouring farmhouses. The 1810 farmhouse has straw-coloured render and a portico where the family ate in summer; the house has been restored with attention to the original beams and floors.

Five bedrooms and four bathrooms in 410 m², with a salon with a stone fireplace and a kitchen with a cross vault. The 60,000 m² include vineyard, olive grove and a holm-oak wood; the pool is on the south side, protected by a dry-stone wall. Independent heating and three parking spaces.
