Nineteenth-century farmhouse with olive grove and pool on the Appian Way

You arrive along a stretch of Roman basalt paving, between stone pines and low walls hung with capers. The farmhouse, dated 1840, has a flagged courtyard, a three-arched portico and a dovecote tower that now serves as the guest bedroom. Around it lie 22,000 m² with over three hundred olive trees, a vegetable garden and a stone pool set into the lawn.
