Villa on Capri with a pergola, pool and views of the Faraglioni

You arrive on foot, because on Capri the best villas have no road: a stone path between dry-stone walls, the scent of broom and, at the end, an iron gate painted green. The 1925 villa is white, with the island's typical domes, majolica floors and arched windows; from every room you see the sea, and from many the Faraglioni.

The 380 m² comprise five bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a salon with domed vaults, a kitchen with a wood-fired oven and a dining room opening onto the pergola. The terraces, totalling 150 m², descend towards the pool, hidden among prickly pears and bougainvillea.

In the 3,000 m² garden there is a cottage with two bedrooms for staff or guests, a vegetable garden and a lemon grove. Alarm, air conditioning, independent heating. The island's electric vehicle comes as far as the start of the path; the piazzetta is a ten-minute walk.
