1930s villa on the hill with park, pool and views of the Alps

From the terrace, on a clear winter morning, you can see the western Alpine arc: from Monviso to Monte Rosa, white against the sky. Below, the city of Turin with its avenues ruled straight and the river running through it. The 1934 villa stands on a knoll of the hill in 5,000 m² of grounds with cedars, a tennis court and a heated pool.

Inside, 450 m² over three levels with large windows, a 70 m² living room with a stone fireplace, a dining room opening onto the portico, a panoramic study and a gym with sauna in the semi-basement. Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The restoration, completed in 2020, converted the heating to a heat pump with radiant panels, and left intact the iron-and-glass windows designed in the 1930s. Alarm and CCTV, four parking spaces, ten minutes from the centre.
