1930s villino with garden and pool in Parioli

Beyond the gate, a gravel drive climbs between two stone pines to a villino in old-rose render, with green shutters and a small pediment over the door. The pool is tucked away at the side of the garden, shielded by a laurel hedge; a wisteria pergola shades the dining table.

Inside, 420 m² on three levels: on the ground floor the salon with fireplace, the study and the dining room opening onto the portico; on the first, the bedrooms, the main one with a walk-in wardrobe and a 60 m² terrace; below, the service kitchen, the laundry and a guest room.

Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, independent heating, an alarm system and three parking spaces in the garden. The villino was restored faithfully to the original design, with timber windows reproduced from drawings.
